By using this website, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Our terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. You should review this page periodically to ensure that you are aware of our latest policies.

  • PAYMENT: We require a credit card to hold a reservation, but we will not charge it at the time of booking. Payment in full is required at check-in, and may be made using a credit card, valid gift certificate, traveler’s cheques, or cash.
  • CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of a single room or suite received within 14 days of arrival or cancellations of multiple rooms or suites received within 28 days of arrival will be charged in full.
  • POLICIES: Smoking outside only, no pets, limited handicap access (contact innkeeper). Children 10 years old and above welcome. If traveling with children younger than 10 years of age, please contact innkeeper prior to making a reservation.
  • BREAKFAST: Breakfast is served starting at 8:00 am. The kitchen generally closes at 10:00 am, however special arrangements may be available under some circumstances. We are happy to accommodate guests with special dietary requirements, food allergies/sensitivities, etc. Guests who require special arrangements should notify us as soon as possible (at least 3 days prior to arrival) of any special requests. While we cannot guarantee that we will be able to honor all such requests, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate any request received in a timely manner.
  • CHECK-IN: Check-in begins at 3:00 pm. If you will be checking in after 7:00 pm, we ask that you please contact us in advance so we can make arrangements for your arrival. Although we cannot guarantee early check-ins, you may contact us on the day of your arrival to check the status of your room. Guests are welcome to drop off luggage before 3:00 pm on the day of arrival with prior approval of management.
  • CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is 10:00 am. Late check-outs may be provided under some circumstances and may incur an additional fee. Complimentary luggage storage is available for guests and airport delivery of luggage is available by request for an additional fee.
  • QUIET TIME: Quiet time is observed from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am.
  • ONLINE PRIVACY: We do not sell or share your personal information with anyone for marketing purposes, and we never spam. We may collect various information from users of this website. This may include, but is not necessarily limited to name, address, phone number, email address, IP address and other data from computers accessing this website, credit card information, and other data as necessary to provide or improve services to our users. For example, we use email addresses collected during the reservation process to send confirmation notices to guests, and we may use these email addresses and/or phone numbers collected in the same way to contact guests with questions or updates related to their stay. Some of this information is processed by third parties who have been contracted by us to provide services such as online reservation management or website analytics, however we use great care to protect your personal information and only share this information with companies who will use similar care in handling it. We may at times send information or offers to users who have requested to receive such information, but you may opt out of receiving these notices at any time.
